Need a new space to entice your team back to the office? As Australia emerges from lockdowns, workers and businesses have begun the shift back to the office; but they're bringing with them a change in the way we think about office space.
Increasing needs for flexibility, work-life balance and dynamic work situations in the Australian workforce require a fresh approach to office space. Our flexible workspace solutions offer you and your team an all-inclusive flexibility that offers a unique opportunity to cater for each employees working style.
At Christie Spaces, our Covid-Safe workspaces and our Covid-Safe Policy are the perfect solution for businesses looking to reenergize their workforce and revamp their businesses after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Here's why a Christie Spaces Covid-Safe workspace is the right space for you:
Only pay a single monthly rate including all building services, meeting room access, printing allowances, cleaning services, professional kitchen access and complimentary tea and coffee! Having all your expenses combined into a set monthly payment helps structure the financial planning and recovery of your business as you begin to return to work.
As we do migrate back to the office, there may still be some uncertainty or wariness about the success of some industries and their need for space. Our spaces are fully scalable and agile, working with you as you need to upsize or downsize - and adjusting your membership accordingly.
Cleaning services throughout our buildings have been increased, with a focus on common areas and common touchpoints. Our cleaning staff have been provided personal protective equipment for their safety, as well as the safety of our members. Additional cleaning products have also been provided for individual use.
All Christie Spaces staff and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated, as well as practise our Covid-Safe policies. This was mandated to protect the health of our staff and members and to ensure our buildings remain open and operational.
All of our buildings are up to standard with current Government guidelines regarding QR Check-in systems. The requirement for check-ins does vary from state to state, so please take note of the signage in your location to properly follow the local requirements.
Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser have been provided in all common areas, such as meeting rooms and kitchens. While cleaning services are operating at increased frequencies, we still recommend the personal use of wipes and sanitiser when in common areas.
With six dog-friendly national locations, your team can bring back their newest addition to the family with them to the office. In the new working world, having a dog-friendly office adds to employee satisfaction, retention and recruitment abilities; as well as improving the atmosphere of the office!
Our buildings air conditioning and ventilation continues to be maintained and operate at a high standard and in line with current health advice including regular filter changes and required fresh air intake volumes.
Our end of trip facilities continue to be provided and are available for members to utilise to avoid public transport. These facilities continue to be cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Be aware of the 1.5m social distancing recommendation when using these areas.
Around all of our properties, we've increased signage for our Covid-Safe policies; including frequent handwashing, single-use utensils, face mask & social distancing recommendations and wiping down common surfaces after use. We require our members to follow these guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone in our buildings. We are also consistently updating on-site signage in accordance with Government recommendations, as well as updating our members through email and Community App posts so that all of our community is aware of the current health requirements.
