How do I hire a meeting room?
Christie Spaces Members can book meeting rooms in any of our six locations with their monthly allocated meeting room coins through the Christie Spaces app and desktop members portal. For the public, our meeting rooms are available for hire via our enquiry forms or through our instant book calendar. Please submit the form with all the relevant details and a member of our team will reach out to book our rooms and organise your event.
Do you provide catering options?
We do have catering packages available for meeting room bookings in our North Sydney location. If you're interested in adding this, please select 'Catering' as an extra when you make your booking, you will receive a copy of our menu in your confirmation email, and we will also reach out to you to discuss what package you would like. Please note that catering orders require two business days' notice before your booking.

How big are our meeting rooms?
Our meeting rooms can easily accommodate meetings for groups of 2 up to 12 persons. We also have a variety of boardrooms available for hire that are perfect for sessions with 8 through to 12 persons. For larger groups, we would recommend our conferencing or training facilities that can easily cater for up to 65 persons in Melbourne and 250 persons in Sydney and Brisbane.

A meeting room is a private space usually set aside for people to get together, often informally to hold meetings, for issues to be discussed, priorities set and decisions made. At Christie Spaces our meeting rooms come equipped with video conferencing, screen sharing and Zoom TV's in certain rooms.Â
What are meeting rooms used for?
Meeting rooms are meant for smaller groups of people who have the intention to collaborate or brainstorm together. There might be some basic technology available in a meeting room and some presentation equipment, but the space is mainly there to facilitate group work and collaboration. Most meeting rooms at Christie Spaces contain a whiteboard, video conferencing facilities and screen-sharing capabilities to allow for remote connection and collaboration between your team.
