All of our conference venues can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your event or meeting. Our conference rooms can be organised according to the following setups:

Assisting in the setup and running of your conference, we offer a dedicated meeting coordinator. This person will be at your disposal to ensure that the venue is properly set up to meet your needs. They will be your direct point of contact for any questions or requests you may have.

Backing up your pre-event conference coordinator is a fully trained service team that will be on-site during your conference. The service team is there to help you make the most out of our conference facilities and to ensure everything runs smoothly. In particular, they will be able to provide technical support for any equipment you may need in the course of your event. 

We offer high-grade technological equipment to facilitate presentations, virtual participation, recordings, and all other demands. In particular, all of our conference venues come with access to super-fast wifi so that you and your delegates can communicate, access materials, and effectively engage when in attendance.
