Residing of the 13th floor of Christie Spaces Spring Street, BY Group is an Indigenous-owned and staffed construction company based in Sydney.

Created in 2014 by 3 Bundjalung men with the core purpose of providing economic independence and a career pathway into the construction industry for Indigenous people, BY Group lives its purpose every day.

In addition to prioritising the use of Indigenous contractors in their project delivery, BY Group focuses on growing and nurturing emerging talent through cadetships and apprenticeships. Through this training program, their cadets and apprentices receive world-class extensive coaching and mentoring from senior staff members with over 30 years combined experience in the construction industry.

As an Indigenous business & industry leader, their commitment to increasing Indigenous participation is not just a function of doing business, it is their business.

With qualifications in construction management, civil works, quantity surveying, carpentry and health, safety and environmental management BY Group specialises in:
