How long is a short-term office lease?

A 1 - 10 short-term office at Christie Spaces is available for a month-to-month rolling lease, which means you can rent that office for as little as one month! For larger office spaces with more included features (internal meeting rooms), a minimum of 3 months is required. After this initial 3 months, we provide the flexibility to roll this lease to a month-to-month basis as you require. You also have the ability to scale your workspace up or down as you require - all the way to a large enterprise suite or a basic virtual office membership.

How many people can you have in a short-term office?

Our short-term offices range in size from 1 desk all the way up to 50 desk office suites. The readiness of your short-term office depends on the location you require and the availability of the suite size within that location. Our spaces are fully-furnished and cabled before you move in so the process of moving in and out is streamlined.
