Our Leasing Managers can assist with organising on-site parking and help adjust your workspace & inclusions to suit your business requirements. All Christie Spaces memberships include access to our high-speed commercial-grade WiFi network, and our dedicated IT Team can assist with organising custom network configurations and additions to optimise your technical environment. Your membership inclusions vary depending on what type of workspace you have at Christie Spaces. We have a wide range of different inclusions on offer to suit every business and the ideal work-life balance for teams of any size.

Fully Private & Lockable Space

Private offices, short-term offices, project office spaces and enterprise offices are your own fully-private spaces! Fully furnished and ready to move-in, your office space is accessible only to you 24/7 with your own private set of keys and secure access passes. This space is fully yours!

While you enjoy your own private office in our buildings, we also offer communal spaces for the entire building where you will be able to network with our wider community. These spaces include professional kitchens, break-out areas (with pool or ping ping tables), client lounges, lunch areas and phone booths. Our meeting rooms are also available as private spaces when you successfully book them out in our calendar.

Professional Kitchens with Tea & Coffee Provided

Our buildings include barista-quality automatic coffee machines on popular levels, which are complimentary to you, your team and guests! Our professional kitchens also include English breakfast, green tea and sugar, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges, kettles and boiling water taps.

*Ice machines and sparkling water taps are available at some locations.

Our cleaning team consistently services these kitchens through out the working day and conducts a deep clean each night, so they are kept clean, tidy and in perfect working order.

Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms provide modern and professional spaces for you to meet with your team and clients - either in person or via video conferencing.

The room capacities range from 2 up to 14 people, and we have a variety of amenities on offer to suit your needs. Our variety of rooms include:

  • Wireless touchscreen Zoom TV's which are compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebX and google Hangouts
  • Logitech MeetUp TV's that are HDMI plug-and-play and use the installed conference camera and speaker
  • Simple wireless screen sharing TV's for when you only need to present, rather than connect and collaborate

Our other amenities also include whiteboards and ethernet connections. All of these features are visible when making your booking on our calendar.

These rooms are available for booking to our community through our app and will automatically deduct the meeting room coins included in your membership.

Mail & Packing Handling Services

Our reception team will collect and handle packages on your behalf to be delivered towards the end of the day, or collected from the front desk if you would like to receive it sooner. Our team can also sign for registered mail and packages on your behalf if a signature is needed.

For larger packages, we will notify you to come and collect.

Daily Cleaning

Our spaces are cleaned frequently throughout the day by our friendly cleaning team! Our areas of focus during business hours are our kitchens, common areas, end-of-trip areas and bathrooms. You will not be disturbed during the work day by our cleaning team.

Your private office space will be deep cleaned once a week by our team, but general services such as the emptying of bins will be completed nightly. Extra cleaning services are available at request for an additional cost. We welcome any feedback from our community with regards to our cleaning standards and issues can be reported to your Community Team or to [email protected]

On-site Staff

The Christie Spaces team is consistently on-site at every location from 8am - 5pm every Monday to Friday. You can find our Community Team at the reception desk of your location. Our Communtiy Team are the best contact if you have any issues with your membership, or need to report any issues with the building or maintenance. 

Our wider team is also contactable via [email protected]. When you contact our helpdesk, we will be able to correctly direct your enquiry to the correct staff member at your location. We are proud to keep a local team at each of our locations, including a maintenance team, IT service team, property team, leasing team, events team and Community Team - whatever your issue may be, we have a Christie Spaces staff member near you!

Concierge Services

Our Community Team is always available at the reception area at any of our locations from the hours of 8am - 5pm every Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The Community Team will welcome you and your clients each day and be able to direct your visitors to your office.

We also have a digital check-in system available at reception for your guests to notify you of their arrival, as well as a public directory board for quick directions. Alternatively, you will be able to choose how we notify you of your guest's arrival - either by a quick phone call to allow you to come and collect them or if you prefer us to point them directly to your office.

Phone Answering Services

If you would like to include phone answering services with your space, we offer a personalised package at an additional charge. These services start from $90 per month.

These services include our Community Team at reception answering your business phone number with your unique business greeting, forwarding these calls to your team or taking messages that will be sent to you via email. These services are available during business hours only, with a voicemail system active after standard business hours.
