FAQ's

How does a coworking space work?

A coworking space functions by allowing individuals and teams to work independently or collaboratively in a shared, flexible space. With private nooks and desks available for individual work, as well as collaboration spaces such as meeting rooms, training spaces and open-plan desks designed for group work, a coworking office provides a dynamic and adaptable space for a company to work cohesively as a team or spread out to tackle individual projects.

What are coworking spaces also called?

Coworking spaces can also be called "shared workspaces", "flexible offices", "shared offices", "flexible workspaces" and "serviced office spaces".

Why do people thrive in coworking spaces?

One of the most important ways to inspire both the introverts and extroverts within a company is to offer is the freedom to work when and where they want. Some people are introverts or individual workers and prefer to work in a private space - allowing an environment for concentration and self-focus, while others prefer to work in a shared office or open desk setting - allowing for collaboration and different insights. A coworking space offers both of these environments to staff. As most coworking spaces are also fully serviced offices it reduces the need for timely office maintenance, extra costs or an office manager/coordinator, allowing for streamlined business that accommodates every type of worker.
